I just needed more hoovering and dusting, but overall it wasn’t much clean.

Being in Royal Stoke Hospital all day, wanting to sleep and shower, you get what you pay for; the heated towel rail was falling off the bathroom wall but still hot, there were no towels, no toiletries, no coffee or tea, so sorry I have booked different availability as I am still in Stoke, visiting Royal Stoke Hospital.

Ok for a stopover, but definitely needs improvement; the place was very basic and could really use better essentials—cookware was minimal, there wasn’t even any milk for a cuppa, the washing‑up sponge was unpleasant and should be replaced, bedding was mismatched and the white sheet had yellow stains so I couldn’t sleep in my bed; apart from those things, the place was clean overall, but it really needs a bit of TLC and better‑quality touches to be more comfortable.

Nothing good, but people smoked weed in the house all night.
