“Fantastic”
The hotel was fantastic.

The location was excellent, but NASA.
The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean, but although it’s close to Imperial Wharf, you need to plan and allow time to reach the city center.
The staff were all very cheerful and helpful, and the room was serviced every day, yet the bed was so uncomfortable; the pillows were the best I've had, but the room was not replenished daily, so we had to go to reception to restock tea, coffee, etc.
