“Great place for stay in this city”

The hotel is clean, modern, and the breakfast is good, with a lovely courtyard view where live music sometimes plays in the evenings. The on‑site restaurant is very convenient for meals, coffee, and desserts. The location is fantastic—UNESCO site and a large shopping area are within walking distance. The only drawback is the low shower water pressure, which makes rinsing soap take longer, and there’s no lobby or seating area.

“Great place and great people”

We had a very enjoyable stay at Edem Hotel. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early at no extra cost. A special mention goes to Miss Dilbar, who was extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I had a special request before arrival, and she handled everything smoothly and efficiently, making the whole experience much easier. One of my friends celebrated her birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and a cake—such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you, Edem Hotel and especially Miss Dilbar, for making our stay in Turkistan so pleasant and memorable!

Everything was very clean and cozy. The hotel has its own parking, a restaurant on site, and a very convenient location in the city center.
