The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very cozy. Upon arrival we asked staff to extend our stay by one night so we could shower after a long day of hiking before heading to the airport. They agreed, but we had to pay a much higher rate than the night before. The problem was that the first night the water didn’t work and we had to wait. It was already late, so we decided to go to bed. The next day water came out but it wasn’t cold; we were told it was broken but nothing was done to fix it, even though we had explicitly requested a room that would allow us to shower. After insisting several times that the water was off, they finally turned it on, we waited another half an hour, and the water was still cold. Eventually they offered us another room, even though we had already spent all the time in the shower. There was no reaction or ability on their part, and no compensation was offered. They should improve customer service.
