The apartment was freshly renovated, with a very comfortable bed and nice, well‑kept furniture. Three air‑conditioners were installed. The room was cleaned daily, and the sweet breakfast was replenished. Only after booking did we learn that the jacuzzi was an extra charge. A small key attached to the permanent key was used to turn on the room’s power; we had to lock the door in complete darkness before turning on the light.

The apartment was huge, with two separate rooms in a well‑maintained area of Palermo, but being on the ground floor on the street meant I couldn’t open the windows.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but the bathroom was tiny, with one side of the bidet touching the shower box, making it very uncomfortable to use; there was no support in the whole bathroom for toiletries, and instead of a wardrobe there was just a small open structure for clothes. We had to pay extra to leave two backpacks for half a day because our flight was late in the afternoon, and the tourist tax was too high for a place like this.
