The hotel is modern and well maintained; its location is far from the center but very well connected – a water tram or people mover puts you in the heart of Venice in a moment. The staff are wonderful, the reception team very helpful and eager to cooperate. Breakfasts are tasty, with a wide selection so everyone finds something. A big plus is the availability of gluten‑free products on request, which I appreciate as a celiac. The only drawback I found during my stay was the lack of prior information about the account block for the deposit.
