I was really disappointed; the service was terrible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the delicious breakfast and the convenient location right on the road. We appreciated being able to check in and out at any time, and the fact that it was always bustling with people made for a lively atmosphere without any tension or disturbance. We're definitely looking forward to coming back again soon. The only downside was that there was no bed seat, but the service was excellent.
The hotel's receptionist asked for extra money as soon as we arrived, which set the tone for our stay. The washrooms and tables were dirty, with hairs everywhere, and no matter how many times we asked for them to be cleaned, it never happened. To make matters worse, the dustbins from previous guests were still there, and our room on the 3rd floor had no lift, forcing us to leave our heavy luggage in the reception area.
