This spot was amazing; we loved the house and its proximity to Marakele NP, and the couple running it were friendly and helpful. The furniture looked great and everything was spotless, plus the house even had three fireplaces. The Wi‑Fi coverage could use some improvement, and the road to the house is unpaved.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and great facilities. The staff are also very helpful. However, the road leading to the hotel is in a pretty bad state, so make sure you have a high-vehicle. Another thing that would make this place perfect is if they had an ice machine or at least provided enough ice for guests.

The decor at this hotel is absolutely stunning. The beautiful design and architecture make it a pleasure to stay here. I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a large house with multiple guest rooms, a shared living area, and a shared kitchen, which was great. The two young men who greeted us were very friendly and helpful. When the power went out (which seemed to be planned, as it happens in many places in South Africa), we were provided with good battery-powered lamps. The house also has an amazing view of the Cape Vulture colony, with hundreds of nests behind the rocks.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this property. The information on the website didn't match the reality, and the location is extremely remote, with a 15km-long, almost impassable road leading to it. There are only two people maintaining the property, and when I asked for a room with two separate beds (which was confirmed via email), I was given a room with creaking beds instead.
