“Not good”
Nothing good; everything was dirty, smelled funky, the TV never worked, and there weren’t enough towels.
“It's still worth staying here again.”
The hotel sits at two highway intersections, so we were worried about traffic noise for our tight schedule, yet they gave us a room facing away from the road and it stayed very quiet; breakfast was simple and filling but ran short, the waffle batter wasn’t refilled in time, and one waffle machine was broken.

The bathrooms were in terrible condition—pee was everywhere on the toilets in two rooms, and the next bathroom still smelled like pee and had used soap bars in the shower that clearly hadn't been cleaned.

The Venezuelan maintenance crew were friendly, but the room was filthy—moving the couch revealed nasty stuff under, the sheets were dirty, the carpet stained, and the walls had grime.

After spotting the obvious lack of cleanliness in our room, we skipped breakfast there; the room was dirty with food particles and a hair clump on the carpet, the sofa linen and pillows were missing and had to be fetched from the front desk, and opening the sofa bed revealed food remnants, wrappers, and another hair clump.
