The hotel sits just 13 W 62‑74 columns from the Haian Road parking lot, so if you drive you can book a parking ticket there for $200/24 hours with unlimited entries. However, the room’s soundproofing is poor; street noise and other rooms bleed through clearly. I asked staff to collect the trash, but when I returned at night the room was still uncleaned.

The place is well‑situated, right next to Shennong Street. I stayed in a large double room on the 4th floor and heard odd noises at night; it turned out to be the water dispenser, which kept rattling through the night and disturbed my sleep.
