The new facilities were great, but the location right next to a viaduct meant that, once the windows were shut, the noise‑proofing worked and no road sounds leaked into the room.

Staff didn't speak great English, which was a bit of a problem - it was listed as being okay online, but not so much in person. The room was clean and all, but that language barrier made things tricky. Not ideal, but it's something to consider if you're not a fluent speaker.
