The hotel was fantastic in every way; after many hours on a flight it felt great to arrive, and I’ll stay there again next time I go to Xinxing—nothing came to mind that was lacking.

It was nice.

Although I appreciated the hotel's efforts, my vegan dietary needs were not adequately met due to limited options. The hotel's inability to cater to my specific requirements was a significant drawback. Overall, my stay was marred by the lack of suitable food choices.

The hotel staff's exceptional service and friendly demeanor made a great first impression, and the complimentary upgrade to a larger room was a lovely surprise. However, the breakfast area was often overcrowded, and the staff failed to provide adequate seating arrangements, leaving guests to wait for a table. Overall, the hotel's strengths and weaknesses were evident during my stay.

While the hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, the design of the rooms was a significant drawback due to the location of the WC. The current layout made it difficult for roommates to coexist comfortably, as the smell of the WC would often permeate the entire room. Overall, the hotel's design needed improvement to address this issue.
