The front‑desk staff are welcoming and available. We only slept 2 h 30 min because of our wedding; we had to get up to shower, and the shower was cold after going down two floors twice. The issue was never fixed, wasting time, and in the end the cold shower was unacceptable. Breakfast shouldn’t be served with the first cuts; it’s dry and shows its age. The coffee maker is unworkable, smells burnt.
