The welcome was friendly and the location within the estate was perfect.

The place was quiet, and the play facilities were great, but the room lacked air‑conditioning, which was annoying in the heat; paying an extra 10 euros a day for AC in the living room was very low and it would have made sense to include it in the price during August; also there was no storage space for toiletries in the bathroom.

The lake was ok, the house size was ok. No contact person after 31.08, everything was closed. Only the lake could be used. Swimming pools probably didn't allow long shorts or bathing suits; communication would be required. Shopping options 30 km away. The on‑site bakery closed from 31.08. Kitchen utensils as described were missing (no kettle, toaster). Requests were simply ignored.
