“Great location and staff”
This hotel is beautiful, quiet, and magical, and the staff—especially Adriana and Juan David—were absolutely wonderful; the food was great and the ladies who prepared it were very gracious. Everything was great.

The hotel feels like a private house rather than a hotel, the pool is magnificent, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and the room is clean and huge, but it is just a little far from Jerico.
The facilities and service are good, but a small boutique for personal care items would be useful since there is no market in the village.
The experience was wonderful, the staff were very respectful, helpful, and always attentive to make our stay the best; the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
