I booked Sokha Palace Siem Reap from August 2–6, 2026 and it was an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable and well‑maintained, and every hotel facility stayed clean. What really made the trip special was the warm hospitality; every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Ms. Nirodey Kimnai Virut at the front desk went above and beyond with her exceptional service, helpful attitude, and welcoming demeanor. I would recommend Sokha Palace to anyone visiting Siem Reap and would gladly return.

The area is isolated.

The hotel is fantastic and super fancy. My room and bathroom were spotless, with plenty of space and a balcony. The bed was comfortable and huge. Breakfast was delicious, offering almost too many choices. The pool is good, but swimmers should note that while it is 25m long with 8 lanes, one end is super shallow at about 30cm, so laps aren’t possible. The hotel sits slightly outside the centre, which gives you peace and quiet for the small price of a tuktuk to shops and restaurants. The price for the quality is really good. Definitely recommend.
