The structure is beautiful, but there was quite a bit of humidity.
The room was very large, featuring a separate area with a refrigerator and a table with armchairs. The bed was comfortable, though it was very low. There is a spacious jacuzzi. There is no privacy in the bathroom, everything is visible, and the toilet has no door for privacy. The minimalist furnishings mean the closet is a stander, so I kept most of my clothes in my suitcase. Breakfast is about 300 m away at a pastry shop and consists of a croissant and a coffee!!! There is a smell of chlorine and humidity in the room and dampness on the walls, caused by the jacuzzi.
The apartment is a 15‑minute walk from the Monopoli train station, very close to the old town streets, and the hydro‑massage bath works wonders after a full day of sightseeing; I would definitely choose this place again.
