“Awesome history of building and location”
The location and the restaurant wait staff were good, and the food was tasty. The front desk, however, struggled to give us directions.

Located in Puebla's Historic Center, a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site, Quinta Real Puebla offers a unique experience within a restored 17th-century convent. This former convent, once home to the Concepcionistas Calzadas, features historic halls, colonial courtyards, and charming rooms. Guests can immerse themselves in the site's rich history and legends, such as Sor María de Jesús, "The Lily of Puebla."

The restaurant’s retractable roof was a highlight. The room lacked refrigerators.

The location was fine. The room didn’t have air conditioning, the restaurant servers were not efficient even when it was quiet, and the bar was nice but never had someone attending.

We loved it, felt very comfortable, and the staff were attentive at all times. Nothing negative at all.
