How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were nice, but the place has been under renovation for the last 7 months. There is only a bare lounge and no functioning restaurant. I was lucky that Applebee’s and Canes are in front, but I kept going back there like an idiot. I’m done with them. The hotel didn’t compensate me for the half‑renovated room or the non‑working elevator at the time, and I’m disabled, so that was a major inconvenience.

We didn’t have breakfast there, so I don’t know about that, but when they cleaned the room they didn’t clean the shower and they also didn’t empty the wastebasket or recycling bin.

The staff were wonderful, everyone we met was kind and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the location is currently under construction; I was told after booking and again at check‑in that active construction was underway. The lobby and hallways showed signs of work in progress, and the parking lot was almost full because many spaces were occupied by construction trailers.
