The room was decent in size, but it was marred by a few issues. The air conditioning wasn't working, and there were hidden charges that weren't mentioned upfront. To make matters worse, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and the staff seemed completely unbothered when I complained. The room itself had a weird odor, and the toilet's exhaust wasn't working either.

Our stay was great, except for the fact that there was a lot of construction work going on around the hotel. Other than that, it was a nice stay. The hotel itself was nice, and we enjoyed our time there.

I'm still trying to process the disaster that was our stay at this hotel. The staff's behavior was appalling, and to make matters worse, our room was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes. We had to deal with no service at all, and there was no phone in the room for room service. They promised to send someone, but no one ever showed up. With a baby in tow, it was impossible for us to keep going down to the lobby for every little thing.
