The staff were very attentive, but I wasn’t thrilled with the overall hotel experience, mainly because the pool wasn’t properly heated. That was a key reason we chose this place, yet my son couldn’t enjoy it since the water was cold both on arrival day and the next. Other small issues added up, like having a hairdryer in the room but no suitable outlet to plug it in. These little details really affected the stay, and I was disappointed, especially about the pool, which we had hoped to use.
