The pool was the highlight; we loved it so much. The setting was beautiful, right in the middle of nature. The room was lovely and we had a huge balcony. The restaurant was delicious – the best meal we had during our Italian stay. The only downside was that the spa required an extra fee; given the room price, the spa should be included, especially when you pay for a massage – I did and was denied access unless I paid extra, which felt like a faux pas. It should at least be included for those who book a massage.
