The room was super good—spacious, well-maintained, and extremely clean
The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, allowing everyone to feel relaxed and at ease
Staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late
The strongest advantage was the reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi, which supported uninterrupted video calls and remote work throughout the day

The breakfast was disappointing; most of the pots were empty when I arrived, and even after being told repeatedly that they would refill, I waited 30 minutes and it was still the same. Everything else was also unsatisfactory.
“Budget hotel, could be better”
The room was big and spacious, with a closet, a table for eating, a table to relax at, and the AC worked; room service was cheap and offered an extensive menu, and the café on the first floor is excellent. Nobody cleaned my room during the 4 nights I stayed; things were run down, there were hairs on the bed, and wallpaper was peeling. They’re stingy with toilet paper (rolls have little on them). The location had little around it unless you wanted to dodge cars and rickshaws, and anyone can walk right in the door and up the stairs. There’s no safe to store valuables.
The location was perfect—I could walk everywhere, and the staff gave me a tip on where to find the best street food, which was spot on; I absolutely loved the food there too!
“Food for what you pay”
The rooms were spacious enough to unpack, sit, and spread out, with AC and a ceiling fan in the bathroom that dries clothes quickly if you hand wash something; the café downstairs is delicious, room service is available and inexpensive, and it’s a short walk from the local outdoor mall with food options, or you can catch a tuk‑tuk or walk to the metro. I stayed for 5 days in total during my trip. The rooms need upkeep: staff didn’t clean them daily on any of the nights I was there, and you have to ask for refills of anything. If you don’t want to be bothered, that’s fine. There’s no safe, so bring a luggage lock. When I arrived, there were hairs on the floor and bed.
“The staff did what they can to be helpful. Location is good. The rooms are not clean and it’s not worth the money”
Location was great. There is good cafe downstairs although it does not belong to the Orion it is accessible and serves good breakfast. We were a family of 4. The photos is NOT what it actually is. The rooms have a bad smell, AC does not work well, bathroom and toilets are ancient, the door does not have a chain lock, there are dirty clothes lying just outside your door all the time, the lift is the smallest and is rather unsafe. Everything about this hotel was not as it was described while booking. Also we didn’t see any family using the hotel. It was not worth the money and there are many more good hotels for the same price in the same area
