“After reservation and drove 5 hours, got to the hotel, they said that they do not have no room available”
I drove 5 hours to the hotel after making a reservation, only to be told that there was no room available.

The location was fine, but I’ll never return; there were many nets, no ice, no TV because there were no remotes. I disliked the lobby, the staff service was very limited, and the lack of an ice machine, TV, and the nets flying around made it worse.
It was quiet. I paid for a room that I didnt get and I didnt get a refund after it was figured out that I was in the wrong room the room I booked wasn't available and its not fair that I didn't get a partial refund I paid alot of money for a room I didnt even get I got a down grade
