“Staff gentile, alloggio carino e abbastanza vicino al centro città”

The place is easy to reach from Napoli Centrale station. At check‑in the door was opened remotely despite the late hour, and the host kindly helped us sort out a key issue. Overall the accommodation is nice, ideal for a short stay. The neighbourhood isn’t great and is quite dirty. The accommodation has some problems: the shower door doesn’t close well and you risk flooding the bathroom; the entrance door to the room is a bit awkward and should be replaced; the yellow wall is nice, but the white ones are covered in black scuff marks that are not pleasant to see…

Perfect location for walking around historic Naples, a welcoming and spacious room with all comforts and a very comfortable bed. The host is extremely kind and helpful.

Close to the historic centre. A nice, spacious room and bathroom. Manager Fabio is very helpful. The taps and sprayers don’t work well (limescale). Earplugs are sometimes useful at night. Street noise easily gets in.

“Very good budget option in the center of Napoli with a nice and responsive host.”

The spot was spot on, right in the middle of the city, just a few minutes' walk from Spaccanapoli and about 30 minutes to the Spanish quarter. The apartment felt safe, complete with a concierge and video surveillance. The host was very friendly, helpful, and quick to reply. The cleaning service was solid and the place stayed tidy. It’s a solid budget pick, though a few amenities could use a touch of upkeep.

The booking process was quick. Later on, I was charged the tax for staying in Naples, and the transfer turned out to be a hassle—something that could use improvement.
