The only good thing was that the event hall was in the same place. I don’t know what to say – the reception staff are like people, no clean rooms and a cigarette smell that stings the head, no towels or cleaning supplies. I booked two nights and they call me from the first day (9 am) asking if I’m leaving or renewing the card, turning off the electricity from day one, so if I set up the room I’ll never finish.
