The location is good, 600 meters to the beach, and along the road to the beach there are many small shops where you can buy all groceries, baked goods, vegetables, and fruit. A small chain store with all necessities is a two‑minute walk from the accommodation. Everything needed is in the room. There is also a garden where you can spend pleasant time. All photos match reality. Special thanks to the owner and his family for the warm welcome. I strongly recommend this guest house. There are no drawbacks!

The garden and orchard are beautiful. The owners and neighbor are diligent. They treated us with a Georgian dish, wine, and watermelon. I had trouble adjusting the shower water; it was either cold or hot.

Our stay in Batumi exceeded all expectations thanks to incredible hospitality! We sincerely thank David, Livani, and your family for the warm reception. Meeting at the port after the trip was such a pleasant and caring gesture. We were welcomed and immediately served a delightful dinner and drinks upon arrival. Praise beyond measure! The house is clean, cozy, and fully matches the description. We walked to the sea. With a stroller, it takes about 10 minutes. Everything needed is nearby: shops, pharmacies, cafés. We went a bit further for restaurants. Thank you for your kindness and warmth. We left with bright memories of Batumi and the warmth of your hearts. We will definitely return!

A wonderful place for a break! The bungalow is very clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything needed, including good Wi‑Fi. The hosts are incredibly kind, responsive, and hospitable. They treated us to homemade wine and tasty khachapuri, which was very pleasant. Thank you for the warm welcome! If we return to these places, we will definitely stay here.
