We returned to this hotel this year after a first stay last year, and we were not disappointed. The location in the middle of nature in the valley is still as magical and out of the ordinary. The stay kept its promises: we dined very well, and the hotel bar is especially pleasant for relaxing. It’s also a real plus to be able to order a picnic prepared by the hotel for our hikes. In the double superior room, the comfort was on point, although we noted a few small things to improve: the pillow was a bit too firm to my taste and there were no replacements in the wardrobe. Regarding equipment, the door handle turned in empty space (making opening a bit difficult) and the bathtub tap would need a revision, as water was flowing simultaneously from the tap and the shower head. Nothing serious, just small repairs that would make the experience perfect. We’ll return with pleasure!

The breakfast was very good in a pleasant setting, the meals were decent. The mountain and historic décor (museum) of the establishment is very picturesque and the site is stunning with a terrace dominated from all sides by impressive peaks. We are directly in high mountain as soon as we leave the establishment.
