I liked most of my stay, but I’m not a fan of basement rooms without windows; it would have helped to know that before I arrived. My friends were staying at the same hotel, so the price and convenience still made it a good choice. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and everything was right on our doorstep. The shower was a problem – there was no recess to hold the water, so the whole bathroom floor got wet.

I booked the patio room on the first floor next to the reception, and the service and staff were great. They even turned off the doorbell for me because it was a bit loud in the mornings, and they were so sweet about it.
