Honestly, I didn’t like my stay here at all. The hotel didn’t match my expectations and I was disappointed. The room wasn’t great and the service wasn’t good. I don’t feel it was worth the money I paid and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was fine or perfect; the beach is clean and the staff are helpful. Breakfast could be better. Crossing the highway to reach the beach isn’t safe, but that’s outside their control. The walk from the entrance to the rooms is long for elderly guests and there’s no space for a golf cart to give them a ride.

The staff, the ambience, the view, the room itself, the pool, and the beach were all perfect. Food, especially when ordered, could use improvement; the options and cooking were okay, but some ingredients weren’t top quality.

The place is nice but a bit far from restaurants, the facilities are good, the breakfast is tasty though not the best – they only offer two choices – the pool is very clean, which I liked, and the room bathroom is freshly renovated and clean. The room lighting was weak and the internet was very poor, but otherwise it was fine.

The only thing that worked for me was the location; everything else was a let‑down.
