It felt like a time travel back to the 1970s; the hotel deliberately keeps the furniture and décor unchanged, which slows things down.

Breakfast was plentiful and left no wishes unfulfilled, and the food and wines are very good; the hostess is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The shower was very cramped, and the carpet had stains, otherwise the room was nice.

The owner is very friendly and goes out of her way, and the breakfast is lovingly prepared; the large room with balcony is beautiful and is almost directly next to the scenic Schloss Artstetten. The room is very noisy.

Super friendly. Great breakfast served right at the table. When I was there it was fortunately not that hot, but on hot days an air‑conditioner would help.
