The place was clean and the staff were friendly, and the rooms were private. However, there wasn’t much information given when we arrived. We booked a floating breakfast but it wasn’t served. The breakfast staff sometimes made you wait a long time before being served.

I couldn't understand why everyone calls this a great hotel. We booked a room with pool access, but the first room smelled horribly like sewage. After a day we were moved to a new room, yet the walls looked worn, mold was present in the grout of the bathroom, and there was mold near the air‑con. There are better places to stay.

This resort is the only one that offers no solution when the power goes out, and it is also the only one that still has power problems after all other facilities have recovered. We were stuck with no water, no electricity, and no AC for an entire night. On top of that, they charge ridiculously high taxi fares— a normal ride to downtown would cost 150k IDR, but they charged 250k!!

The room was nice, the pool was nice, the staff were very friendly, the massage was good, the breakfast was tasty, and the location was close to good restaurants. The pool water was not refreshing; it was very warm.
