The staff were friendly, but there were many problems—mainly water leakage and an irregular supply, and the ventilation in the common area was poor and the cleanliness was lacking.

It was a pleasant stay; the location was great, within walking distance of the metro, the downstairs tea shop was excellent, and the samosas were delicious even though they weren’t served in the hotel.
