Everything was perfect; the manager thinks of every little detail—drying rack, adapters, a luggage scale, an umbrella—everything is very clean and welcoming, but some guests lack respect after 23:00.

The location was spot on, totally satisfied, but had to grab towels myself.

The hotel sits just steps from Ming Dong Night Market, so we got off the stairs straight there. We were assigned a triple room that felt cramped—our luggage barely fit, though maybe that’s because two of us were sharing a triple. Overall, it was decent and good value.

The location is nice, your right in the middle. Let’s just say a nightmare. Firstly, I kept texting the property to see if I could come early and drop off my bag because my flight was early. No reply. I ended up going earlier than my check-in and when I tell you, there’s this old Korean man he was cleaning up some rooms. I tried to talk to him to ask him if I could leave my bags and he was so RUDE!!! he held his head straight whole time and kept ignoring us so mind you it’s not my first time dealing with Koreans because a few years ago I used to live here so I’m thinking maybe it’s a language barrier. I tried to pull up Google translator everything I realize that it wasn’t a language, but he was lately it just being disrespectful. I then requested to just get a refund because I didn’t wanna stay somewhere that I didn’t feel welcome then on top of it when we entered the area it was dark no light no nothing so then we finally just decided to leave our bags every time we try to talk that man he was very dismissive. We decided we’re just gonna stay at least for the night and just got worse. Asked him to use the Iron. He didn’t want to see the Iron. We ended up having to cancel or plans for that night because we didn’t have a Iron to use on our clothes and then not only was he saying he’s not gonna give me the iron when I kept trying to press the conversation he kept covering his face and said don’t talk to me. I finally came to the conclusion that he was being racist towards me because he was nicer to other Korean or lighter skin, but when you came to my husband and he was rude for no reason. I was just so uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like that in my whole life. I decided to just check out a day early and book another hotel elsewhere. I literally saw him open people rooms and go in there even though it says DND!! Fast forward I posted one star I really wish I could’ve given him zero but after I posted it, he texted me calling black, nigger etc
