A charming spot right near Roma Termini train station. It’s better than a hotel room because there’s a shared kitchen with plenty of dishes and cutlery, and the owner lets you keep your bags for the day before check‑in or after check‑out. The building has a lovely central courtyard with a fountain and plants, visible through its impressively gigantic doors, plus a classic old‑style elevator. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a meeting in Rome and the hotel was very welcoming, centrally located, close to the station and easy to get around. As a cleanliness fanatic, I appreciated how spotless and well‑maintained the entire property was, with classic décor. The host was kind and helpful, even letting me leave my luggage after checkout to ease my travel.

The place was clean. It wasn’t a hotel—just a shared apartment with private rooms, remote WhatsApp support in a foreign language, and confusing access on a deserted, unsafe street. Other guests and street visitors made noise. There are better hotels at the same price with a better breakfast location. The reviews misled me. I didn’t get any support from the host after cancelling.
