The hotel was spotless and offered great value for money; the beds were large (two together but spacious), the bathroom clean and roomy, and the staff—starting with Alexia, who always had a smile, all the way to the rest—were wonderful. It’s conveniently located just 50 meters from Tuscolano train station on Appio Latino, and bus and metro lines are 200 meters away at Ponte Lungo. I also want to thank the housekeeping team for their friendliness. I’d give the staff a 15 instead of a 10. The breakfast, though a bit limited despite being a buffet, was good enough to leave each morning fully fed; you can repeat and they’ll happily accommodate you with a smile.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location right beside the metro and train stations is only a 10‑minute walk from Rome’s center.
