“Budget room in good location.”

Smooth check‑in and check‑out, good location and price, but no towels were supplied except a floor mat and a hand towel, the main bed felt uncomfortable, and the staircase outside the room was dirty and unpresentable.

“Good budget option.”

The location was fabulous, the staff were helpful and kind, and even though I was checking in out of hours I got a quick reply from the after‑hours staff who was very understanding when I was exhausted; the room was clean, the description matched the photos, but the toilet ran continuously so I had to turn it off at the tap when not in use—needs fixing. Otherwise, it was dated but acceptable for the price, soundproofing was poor (could hear neighbors showering) yet it was surprisingly quiet at night, which could be an issue with noisy neighbors.
