The room was very comfortable, we liked the balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable; the bathroom had no ventilation, so odors had nowhere to go, so I’d suggest adding something to the bathroom to solve that problem.

We didn’t get breakfast; the shuttle service advertised online as running 24 hours made us wait over an hour in a very noisy 100‑degree area for a shuttle that never arrived; we called the 800 number on the website to request a shuttle but no one answered the phone for 45 minutes.
