The air conditioning is strong, the location is great, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy nearby; the bus is also convenient. Before departure, I asked the booking platform for reservation details and received a reply, so I thought everything was fine. When I arrived, no reservation documents were prepared, and it seemed my booking wasn’t even registered—just the info I gave. I was given a room with heavy cigarette smell, but after I complained I was moved. The hotel didn’t inform the booking platform that I checked in, so the platform later emailed asking if the contract was fulfilled, which is unacceptable.
