The place is gorgeous, super clean and the rooms are huge. The bathroom is big and spotless, and the pool is stunning. No complaints.

The property is surrounded by greenery, welcoming and well maintained, the room is very large, the pool is clean and the staff is extremely kind. A few minutes by car from the center of Assisi, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Free parking on site. The only downside is that breakfast could be better if there were homemade products instead of packaged ones.
