The location is close to the city centre. The beds are absolutely uncomfortable and the dormitory is cramped, so you don't feel very comfortable there.

I love how comfortable the facilities are. I got bitten by a bed bug 🥲—maybe the hotel should hire pest control to eliminate the bed bugs.

Overall it was great: the toilet was clean, there is a surau, the facilities are good, and the location is strategic, close to a mart. The mini fan inside the cabin didn't work, but otherwise it was great.

The staff are nice and helpful, they organize great tours around Cameron Highlands, and you can reach the bus station easily on foot. It’s also very cheap. The place is old and not well kept; there are stains on the walls, part of the plywood of the capsules is ruined, and it’s a no‑shoes hostel, which I don’t mind. The bathroom floors weren’t super clean and there were often hairs lying around. The main issue for me was the lack of privacy: you arrive by a staircase connected to the street, the main door is often left open, female dorms are separated by a door you can’t lock, the female‑only bathroom has a door you can’t lock, and the bathroom itself is connected to the washroom and the rest of the dorms, separated only by a curtain. So it doesn’t matter too much if you stay in the female dorm or not. If you don’t mind, it’s a good place for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t stay there for more than two days.
