I didn’t like the bamboo bed at all; it felt like it would split if I moved around in my sleep. Parking was a huge hassle because there were cars blocking the way, making it hard and late to leave. There was no staff to help or manage parking – you were on your own.

Nothing to recommend – DO NOT BOOK! Our reservation was cancelled right before we were about to arrive. It was hard to get there, there were loose dogs, and the location was poor. The staff’s responses were terrible, so avoid this place altogether.

The place was nice and just a few minutes’ walk from Urbiztondo. I suggest adding signs or simply telling guests to “Enter the eskinita that has the Williams sign” for easier navigation.

I had a pleasant stay because I was the only guest during my booking, so I could use the communal area by myself and it felt like an apartment rental. It’s a two‑room setup with a shared kitchen/bathroom, so if another room was booked it would feel like sharing a small flat with strangers. The place tries to be modern with concrete worktops, but everything feels a little dated and rough around the edges, looking better in photos. Positives: tap water is available, there’s a kitchen and utensils for cooking, and the owner communicated well throughout. It’s very close to the beach, which was great, but it’s not directly on the beach. My bedding was clean, though the bathroom needed work because the toilet was leaking into the shower area.
