The staff was very attentive and the city views were magnificent; everything in the room was correct. The only downside was that it’s a bit far from the bazaar, making it hard to enjoy the night‑time dining scene, and the road is very steep.

The hotel was clean, built like an AirBNB, offered breathtaking mountain views, and was quite affordable for its budget; any brand would double the price. The staff was helpful and we weren't disturbed, so I give it a 10/10.

N/a. False advertising - THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!!! It’s maybe 1 star & is probably reasonable for that, but we booked for the 4 star rating & were incredibly disappointed upon arrival. Saw a cockroach in the room & a rat in the lobby. Word of advice for foreigners, don’t book on booking ahead of time. They gouge prices. Best to call property to see if they have a room & ask to see the room before paying. We made the mistake of paying on booking & then the hotel refused to let us cancel & receive our money back. Don’t book here - there are MUCH nicer properties nearby at better rates
