The only positive thing was the location. We never in our lives stayed in such poor accommodation! This isn’t about luxury, it’s about basic hygiene, maintenance, and conditions for a normal stay, and unfortunately we received neither. We arrived in a bungalow, and immediately upon entry we were hit with an extremely strong smell of mildew and mold that permeated the whole room. The smell was so intense it was uncomfortable to breathe normally, let alone sleep. Everything had an old, damp, unmaintained odor. Hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. We came in white socks, and after a short stay they were black. It was practically impossible to know what to touch. The bedding, pillows, and mattress had an unpleasant smell and looked dirty. We found hair in the bathroom, and there were insects in the room. The bathroom was especially bad. The shower cabin was dirty and full of limescale, the white curtain was yellowed, the bathroom floor was damaged, there were stains and cracks on the walls, the light above the sink didn’t work, and the outlet in the bathroom was also non‑functional. The mirror was not a proper mirror; it looked like a glued‑on reflective surface. There was no trash can in the toilet, nor basic hygiene supplies. It was especially unpleasant that even after turning on the boiler we had no hot water. The room was in very poor condition overall. The beds scratched with the slightest movement, even when just sitting on them, giving the impression they were completely worn out. The terrace doors were damaged and falling apart, and on the terrace there were only two randomly placed chairs. There were many cracks and other damage on the walls. On the table was a card that was stuck to something that had evidently leaked onto it before, another detail that shows how little attention is given to cleaning and maintenance. Wi‑Fi was non‑existent. During our stay there was very loud music from a band, making it practically impossible to sleep normally.

“Very nice accommodation, very good location”

The location was very nice, the balcony was also great, and being close to the Danube gives a wonderful atmosphere; however, cleanliness could be improved.
