“It was nice”
I liked the location a lot and the staff were amazing. The swimming pool rules and the breakfast in the club room were not as good as the general breakfast on level 1.
The room was spacious with a great view of Window of the World Park, and I loved the bathtub. The hotel’s direct access to the mall and, through it, the metro means you never have to step outside to catch a train. Nothing to complain about.
“5 分”
The timing was bad.
“非常差👎”
The night‑shift receptionist was very helpful. I spent two consecutive nights in a luxury suite, which is supposed to be one of the hotel’s top rooms, but the ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night on the first evening; after reporting it was fixed, it leaked again the next night. When I tried to report the problem the next day, no one answered the phone, so I had to go down to the lobby desk in person. The way a five‑star hotel handled a ceiling leak was incomprehensible, and they offered no suitable compensation, leaving me very disappointed and I would not recommend staying there.
“Gut, zu empfehlen”
The location is great, attached to a shopping mall and metro, and it’s only a ten‑minute walk to the “Window of the World”. The only drawback is the way the rooms are categorized.
