The rooms need improvement, there’s water leakage in the bathroom described as “condensation”, the bathroom product containers are empty, and cleaning needs review. The only positives are the location and reasonable price; the restaurant was tried—somewhat pricey but overall good quality.

There was a variety of fruit, such as grapes, pears, kiwi; various nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews; the location is unfortunately right on a busy street—practical for arrivals and departures, but at night the window must be closed because of traffic noise. The service was great and the “lock‑in time” was very flexible—thanks for that.

The staff member’s friendly effort to speak French with us and Italian with the other guest, trying to understand each other, got us the sauna, explained the dinner menu in detail, always with a big smile, and didn’t forget the spacious room.
