The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and Alvaro was really helpful with any questions or needs; breakfast was a great addition, as was a packed lunch on tour days. The location is about a 10‑minute walk from Caracoles, so I’d definitely come back! Unfortunately, the hot shower was an issue the first couple of days, but Alvaro fixed it quickly, likely because of the rainy weather; it improved by the last day.

Álvaro and Dona Célia were fantastic, taking care of everything I needed. Álvaro would prepare snacks for me to take when the tours started early. The place is totally quiet for rest! It’s a bit far from the center, but in return there’s no noise.

The place is kept in excellent condition, everything is spotless and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the location is great, with the main street within a short walk. The host is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend.

The rooms are excellent: modern, very comfortable and in perfect condition. The staff were a delight, always attentive and ready to help with anything. Breakfast and the lunch box were also amazing. Everything is super! It might seem far from the center, but you’ll notice it’s not.

The location is only 10 minutes from the main street, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Alvaro was very attentive and responsive. Breakfast was great. The room gets a bit cold at night, but there are extra blankets if you need them.
