“Loud sounds from the club spoils your stay”

The rooms were clean, the food tasty, and the location convenient, but the basement club’s loud music seeped into my room and ruined the stay. Parking was a nightmare because club guests filled the lot, leaving no space for me. I checked in at 6 pm and my room still wasn’t ready. When I asked for a discount on the room rate they refused, yet they eventually offered a complimentary dinner. Because of all this, I would not recommend staying here.

The room was spacious. Upkeep/ cleanliness and maintenance was good. Food was excellent. The buffet spread in the breakfast and lunch was so good ,many choices and varieties and tasty. . They have a pub in the basement and good crowd comes on weekends. The music is so noisy and disturbs the guests even in 2 nd floor. Upto about 12.00 AM, I could not sleep

“Disaster, Dirty and Smelly”

When I arrived, both guest elevators were out of service, so I was forced to use a dirty service elevator. The blanket in my room was yellowed, the buffet restaurant had a strong smoke and food odor, and the underground bar smelled of body odor. The hotel’s cleanliness standards need a major overhaul. I would call this a disaster.

“Rooms are neat and clean, it was a peaceful stay, especially food was so delicious, I enjoyed it.”

The place was clean and the food was good.

The staff were arrogant and attitude‑oriented. We had to cancel the room at reception and they were uncooperative.
