The location was good and the staff were friendly. We found a dead cockroach in the room, and our pet slept under the bed. The curtains were dirty and thin, easy to clean. At the restaurant, the cups and glasses were left on a surface that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The pillows in those areas were also quite grimy. I didn't like the noise either; the speakers should have had a mute option in those areas—things that are easy to fix.
