The gentleman at reception, I think his name is Zoe, and the lady in the kitchen made the hotel’s shortcomings feel nicer.

The location and staff were good, but the breakfast was lacking and the toilet exhaust fan wasn’t working.

“Average .”

The staff were extremely pleasant and breakfast was good, but even though it was officially winter in Istanbul it was too hot for me and the room stayed hot; the management couldn’t do more and didn’t provide a fan. The shower was good though. 10 out 10 for breakfast and staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
